Turbo Lister and Auctiva questions

I have a couple of annoying niggles which I hope you nice people may be able to help me with.
First, Turbo Lister. I recently used it and found that all my old listings, templates etc. were gone, everything was at zero. I did click the backup option last time I downloaded TL updates, but I'm a complete technodunce and I can't find an option on the page for retrieving backup data. Help?
Now, Auctiva. I didn't use it to make any listings, but I imported my listings to get the scrolling display of my other auction items. On one of them, I noticed an error: the gallery pic was the wrong one, and actually belonged to a previous listing of a different item, which I'd used as a template. I revised my listing to correct this, and after a few minutes, the picture was changed in the search results, but hours later, the Auctiva display still has the wrong pic. Will it change eventually if I just leave it alone, and if not, can I fix it manually?
While I'm here, I have a more general technodunce question. Occasionally, when I'm on this forum, I find that if I'm editing a post before I submit it and I'm trying to insert text, the correction overwrites the following text. I'm guessing I must be inadvertently pressing some combination of keys which causes this. I'd really like to know how to make it go back to normal when that happens!

I'm afraid that I'm a technodunce too so I can't help directly but any snags I've had with Auctiva I've posted on their community boards and they've been answered promptly, their online help is very good too.
I use Auctiva instead of Turbolister now and will never go back, it's better in so many ways.0 -
To restore your Turbo Lister backup; go to File and select Restore Database. In the pop up window you will be able to select the stored database, this is normally stored in the "Turbo Lister Backup" folder.
It is also possible to import ebay listings; go to File select Import Items, | From Ebay Listings.0
