Has anyone used this service - they seem to give the best exchange rate for the currency i want (croatian kuna) but as I have to pick the cash up from luton airport I am a bit worried in case anything goes wrong.

Used them twice, very good service with good exchange rates. I paid online via debit card and picked up on arrival at the airport

they provide some of the banks now rather than amercian express0

To collect you cash you must present the debit/credi card you used to make the purchase online. If you use one of the online webcards(like cahoot) you will have problems. No Links in Signatures by Site Rules - MSE Forum Team 20

Once you select the airport you want to pick up at it tells you the times that you can pick up, ie Glasgow Airport its between 4.00 am and 23.00

I used the one at Luton (landside) and had no problems whatsoever. Pre-paid with debit card.hugh_jarse wrote:Has anyone used this service - they seem to give the best exchange rate for the currency i want (croatian kuna) but as I have to pick the cash up from luton airport I am a bit worried in case anything goes wrong. This space has been intentionally left blank0 -
Used them without any problems several times. BTW ordering only in advance means you will get a better rate than buying the currency at the airport."An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind" - Mahatma Gandhi0

i dont understand why people leave the currency to the airport?0

They also offer a good buy back scheme at £3.50 which guarntees to buy your currency back at the rate you bought it. This is not really worth it if you are chaging Euro or US Dollars but if you are changing currency such as Norwegian, Icelandic or Swedish croner it is well worth it. Just recently I lost about £10 changing £100 worth of Norwegian kroner back at the post office as their buy back rate is significantly lower than the rate they sell at.0
