Basicly me and ex separated 2 years ago.
I live in England, she lives in Scotland now.
Got married in Florida 4 years ago.
I have applied to divorce using divorce-online. on the Platinum Divorce Service (DIY Divorce & Consent Order Service)
House sold last year everything sorted out, and both moving on with lives.
We still get on, so went for the easy option. I have a daughter to her, and pay her mainancne and have access when needed all agreed between us with out courts etc.
We chose the Consent order service so the maintance was agreed, and that we can not go after each others assets at a later date, i.e. pension etc
Do I need to go to court and ask for divorce papers ? and pay for something else ?

No...the service you have purchased should handle everything .....something you can quite easily do on your own though without the need for the service you have bought. You will still have to pay out the initial £300 when the papers are lodged at the court and £40 when you apply for decree absolute plus a fee for having consent order stamped by court0
