Have you ever reported the card lost or stolen via the number that LTSB provide for reporting it (0800 096 9779)?
I know they should have tied everything together when you first told someone in the bank that it had been used in error, but maybe worth doing now anyway and explain when and how you first reported it to the bank.
If you do do this make sure they don't cancel the card you are currently using.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0
