Contents: claim impact on NCB?

The flat above me has a slow leak which is coming through my ceiling into a bedroom and bathroom. Apparently it's a faulty seal around their bath/shower. It has damaged the ceiling in my brand new bathroom (plaster's started bulging out) and the wallpaper/ceiling in a bedroom.
Does anyone know in cases like these roughly what the impact on my next year's premium would be? Is there a NCB equivalent for contents insurance when it's not your fault?
I have contents insurance via Direct Line for £113/year with £200 excess. I'm not sure how much it'll cost to repair the damage but I imagine it'll be more than £200.
Their insurer is saying they won't pay for it:
"the item of contents should be claimed from your contents insurers who will then decide if they wish to make a claim against us for the reimbursement. Please note if no complaints were received we would state leak was unforeseeable and they were not negligent hence your insurers would not be successful in gaining their outlay back."

LOL. You make a standard claim through your insurance company. Then they will try and claim back the excess from the other company. Very unlikely but it will be your claim.
Now..... it sounds like you live in a flat! If so, this will be repaired by your service company (i.e. who you pay service monthly fees???????).
Contents will only cover contents!!!!!!!
If you have legal cover with the home insurance company! USE IT!Motto: 'If you don't ask, you don't get!!'
