Has anyone else tried using the iBux card it sounded like a good idea but it seems they just make as much money from you as they can its really expensive, any one know of an alternative one that can be topped up again and again.

I haven't used that one but they do all have a lot of fees somewhere or other, it's just a case of getting one that's as cheap as possible for how you're planning on loading it/using it for spending.
The O2 cash manager one looks good but I think you have to be an O2 customer: http://money.o2.co.uk/cashmanager.html
There are also some on here: http://www.credit-card-comparison-online.co.uk/prepaid/0
