Hi
Anyone else having similar issues applied online via Asda reward 0% credit card at the beginning of Jan. Got accepted after relevant paperwork was submitted, on Jan 15th got letter with direct debit set up confirmation etc... still awaiting the card and pin number, after a few calls getting told theres been an incident regarding huge application numbers and people are not recieving cards...with no answer as to if its on its way or what...
Not a happy bunny anyone else having simliar probs

Santander is not known for it's customer service, unfortunately. From feedback here, the periods you've waited so far are not all that bad by this provider's standards.
P.S. I hope you didn't apply for the Asda Reward card purely for the 12 months at 0%
on BTs.People who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.0
