Credit Card Killers

Hi,

I am new to this forum but not others, hence I have got a new name.

Whilst I know what people will say about Credit Card Killers, I was wondering if there is anyone on here that has done business with them?

Please,

Most agreements are legally enforceable. Its stupidity to think otherwise.

And companies like this are a waste of money. If you suspect your agreement is not enforceable then you can copy letters from this and other sites, and do the simple job yourself thus saving a fortune; the fortune you pay these companies whether or not your agreement is enforceable.
  • Thanks for your reply.
I have just been reading another thread on what people think of CCK that i couldn't find before.

These type of companies prey on desperate people.

They don't care whether they write off the debt or not, they are just focused on you lining their pockets.

When people are in a very deep hole, they'll do anything to get out of it. There is never any guarantee that these companies will successfully write off your debt, but in either case, they'll still be more than happy to take your money - forcing you deeper into the hole you dug yourself.

And at the end of the day, you'll be worse off and the companies are laughing because they've made a few hundred from you.

If people have a few hundred pounds to pay these companies, it is strongly advised they pay that money towards their debt.

If credit card debts were actually unenforceable then you can be sure the tabloids would be on it in the same way they were about bank charges. If you're having problems with your payments then talk to your bank's collections department, or failing that either CCCS or the CAB. There's help available for free, no need to pay for it.

Scum and/or scammers preying on idiots who can pay with just a little bit extra credit limit (they'll bill that account) on one of their credit cards they shouldn't have.

    Avoid.

You can do the EXACT same thing what Credit Card Killers do, at home - for FREE.

No offence but you need your head testing if you're even considering using these cow boys. Put your money towards your debt.

I wouldn't touch CCK with a barge pole. They have already had their Claims Management license revoked by the ministry of Justice
