Voting versus Non-voting shares (Roche)

I have been looking at buying some Roche shares but there seem to be two types . Voting RO.S and non-voting securities ROG.S ( also available on european exchanges)
Over the long term are there any concerns to being a being a non voting security holder as opposed to a voting shareholder?
In Switzerland specifically or other markets in general.
It is unlikely I would ever have enough to have a significant holding to influence the company even if I brought the voting shares
.
The company itself says
'a) Each non-voting equity security (Genussschein) confers the same rights as any of the shares to participate in the available earnings and any remaining proceeds from liquidation following repayment of the nominal value of the shares and the participation certificate capital (if any). Shares and non-voting equity securities are listed on the Swiss Exchange. Roche Holding Ltd has no restrictions as to ownership of its shares or non-voting equity securities.'
Supplementary question
What would be the cheapest way to buy shares in Switzerland. Discount brokers seem to offer telephone only for these shares..
Many Thanks in advance
