As an investor, you know that any kind of investment opportunity has its risks, and investing in Stocks or Precious Metals is highly speculative. All of the content I post is for informational purposes only.

That major world powers are trying to manipulate its price is a reason not to invest. So for that reason, I'm out.“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Wodehouse0

Actually, now I think about it this is probably more to do with China trying to control lending by its banks. They've raised reserve requirements for banks, to try and stop the economy overheating, so presumably encouraging the population to buy gold is to deprive the banks of capital to lend.“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Guys, any tips for buying gold? I am fed up with my banks and my saving accounts so decided to invest privately in gold coins/bullion. Can anyone advise how? where? etc? Thank you0
