Help please! PayPal exchange rates

We all know that PayPal operate ridiculous exchange rates, so that we end up paying extra....

I wondered if anyone (especially anyone with euros in their PP account) would be kind enough to look up for me what the exchange rates from euros into ££ is. I have tried, but it looks as if they won't tell me unless I have euros in my account - I only have $$$ at the moment. Any recent exchange rate will do!, if anyone has paid in euros recently....
