Abbey switch, not paying £100

Just wondering if anyone is having difficulty getting the £100 payout for switching to Abbey (now Santander). I switched over three months ago and should have received my £100 payment by now. I phoned them last week and he said I'd fulfilled all the criteria and should reeive the £100 in a few days. I phoned this morning as still not received it, and he said I had not opened the correct account but instead I'd opened a preferred interest rate account. I asked him to submit a complaint, as I followed all their instructions when I applied on the internet, and I said if I didn't get the £100 I would promptly switch back to my old account. Still, it's annoying that they've had the benefit of my money for the last three months!

I think the Abbey £100 was for switching to the pref overdraft rate, and didn't apply to the in-credit (6%) account
