3. The closing date for entries to this draw is midnight on 5th February 2010.

5. The first entry drawn at random by an independent judge from all valid entries received by the closing date will win the prize. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. The winner will be contacted in writing within 28 days after the draw. The winner must claim their prize within 28 days of notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time it will lapse and Organix reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
7. The winner's details (name and county) will be made available on request to those writing to Organix Brands Ltd, Knapp Mill, Mill Road, Christchurch, Dorset. BH23 2LU by 31.03.10 enclosing a stamped SAE.
8. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
