in Credit cards
I have been contacted by a company called EMC, who say they can act for me , looking over my Credit card transactions over the last 6 years or so, and hopefully returning any monies which should not have been charged to me in the first instance
Has anybody had any success with EMC doing this for them
or has anybody had bad or poor experiences
Advise requested please
thanks

I don't understand what this company is trying to do. What transactions are they referring to?0

Give them your card details - then get them to get the money back for you as all other transactions will be genuine!0

I too have been contacted by EMC claiming that they can recover money I paid for PPI on a loan. My loan, which was £15K, started in 2004 and I paid it off early in 2007 but they said they could claim back nearly £1,000.00 for me. Their cut would be 29%. If this is true, I don't care about their commission as I never thought I could claim back my PPI premiums.0

EMC Contacted me last year regarding PPI and have successfully managed to claim all of my £6149.00 back, plus interest. They get 25% but hey who cares, its money that I thought I would never see again!!! One in the eye for first plus !!0
