He leaves plenty of negs too, most hackers don't bother. If his buyers opened NPS disputes as well as leaving neg feedback, he'd have been kicked off by now.

I once sold an item to a buyer who had over 200 pos feedback and 99.5% rating. He contacted me, told me he would forward a cheque but over the next few days received 30 odd negs and then became "no longer registered user".
I nerver did get my cheque, the buyer never got the goods.

Personally i only buy from SELLERS ;-)

I wouldn't like to sell to those buyers though!!
