Sorry!
Buyer not happy with an item, says it is covered in hair (it has some hair and I did say that in the listing, its been washed but its that material where everything sticks to it) and it smells of cigarette smoke (it was washed the day before being posted and I don't smoke).
Anyway, I offered a full refund but she wants her postage back (for returning it). I told her that she would have to open a dispute via paypal but would not get her return postage back, just the full cost of the item plus original postage.
She then said she would try washing it. If she is happy after washing it, I was going to offer a partial refund (cos lets face it, I would want the same if I wasn't happy), but how can I give her a partial refund and ensure that she doesn't then open a dispute anyway?
Should I ask her to open a dispute, offer a partial refund (or full, her choice) and then when she closes it that is that done? Can she then leave negative feedback if she gets a full refund and returns it?
(asking that, I feel like a wally not knowing)0
