Applying for a bank account

As I will be moving to a new address soon I want an account for my wages my issue is this they usually ask for 3 years + Previous History I don't want give them previous address.

Is there a bank which will open an account when I say I have lived at my new address since date of tenancy? Obviously I wont get on the electoral roll until March 2010 then some companies don't show this until august/sept.

    No is the simple answer.

Your debts/previous history won't leave you behind. You should declare any previous addresses as asked, otherwise you would be committing fraud.
