Overseas Amazon sales - no extra postage?

I don't appear to be getting any extra postage allowance for overseas Amazon sales anymore. Is this a new policy, is anyone else having a problem?

I sold one to Germany today and got the usual £3.94 postage credit.
Sale was very welcome as after a good start to the month things have been very quiet since the weekendAMAZON SELLERS CLUB member 0033 come and join us :j make some space and get hold of some cash, we're on the ebay and other auctions, car boot and jumble sales board0
