Never hurts to ask

Just posting because i am pleased with myself this morning :)

Recieved my insurance renewal this morning. Checked around online and they are still cheapest (although some others coming close with extra intro bonuses) so i called up and thought i'd be cheeky and ask for either money off or something extra. They started off saying you already get such and such discount for multi-car and for how long you have been with us. I said that was fine but i was still getting similar prices online with lots of extras so they offered me completely free breakdown cover (worth £37 something).

Not much i know, but i wouldn't have even asked in the past and i was considering getting breakdown cover soon.

These snow days off work are going to my head :p
