Ending policies

Hi my car insurance ends 20th feb 2010 my insurance company has told me if I want to end my policy it is £50. How can I get out of this please surely this cant be right.

    surely this cant be right.

    Why not?

    If you check their price guide you should find that they have a charge for administration and/or early termination.
