Provident probs

hi guys
I need you help on some probs I'm having with Provident
I've bin trying to pay off the gift vochers I took out with them.
my agent comes at a inconvenience time (she comes friday anytime after 4pm ) is there anyother way I can pay Provident other then CQ and debit card ????:confused::confused:

    you can pay in their offices I believe, call head office and ask

    You can pay at your local office, take your payment book in and they will sign it for you.
    Alternatively, you can pay by debit card over the phone on 0800 916 6440.
    Most agents will call in the evening as this is when the majority of their customers are in.
    Have you spoken with your agent and asked if she could call at another time?
