Lloyds Amex card Fraud

I spoke to Lloyds yesterday when I noticed my available balance on internet banking was getting lower by the minute !, it turns out there were several transactions done on my Amex Duo account yesterday including one to a cruise company for over £1000 !, I was put through to the fraud department and they stopped the AMEX card as the fraud seems to have come from that card and not the MasterCard which has been left as active (Although I now only have £16 available ! so I can't really use it).

My questions are:

What happens if further transactions come through that put me over my limit, will I be charged and (Most importantly) will this harm my credit rating and therefore any future card limit increases with Lloyds ?.

The woman said they would send a declaration out which I needed to sign and return and a new card would also be sent (Just the Amex one), but in the meantime I have no credit available so when do they reverse the transactions so I have my account back to use ?, the woman also said that they transactions were only 'Authorised' and have not debited the account as of yet, she did also say that if more came through that were not mine just to add them to the declaration when I get it or phone them.

Any help and advice regarding what to do would be great.

Further transactions should not come through if the card has been stopped.
You should not be charged or be adversely affected.
There may be some already in the system, so put them on your form as she said.

Lack of current credit is not something that can be helped.
You need to make sure you have enough available credit in advance for emergencies.

I have other credit cards so its not a big problem, just more concerned how it will effect me with Lloyds in the future with increases etc, and also mad at how it could happen in the first place, and how long it will take them to sort it all out.

it won't effect your financial status relationship with Lloyds and the fraud is normally adjusted within 14 days of them receiving your disclaimer that they will issue. All card operators operate differently though.
