If Iceland chooses not to repay debts - is ING Direct still safe?

Recently myself and my Mum moved a few thousand pounds each into ING accounts.
She has about 25k and I have about 10k.
I know it is guaranteed by the Dutch government, however I also know that ING took over Kaupthing Edge after Iceland collapsed.
Should Iceland choose not to repay their debt to The Dutch and British governments, should we withdraw it?

No no reason at all to do so.
Kaupthing Edge deposits were guaranteed by the british FSCS.
ING took over the accounts.
Any money owed by Iceland is to the FSCS and the British Government not to ING.0
