This is a freeware PC game that seems pretty nice. Its a horror fantasy genre. I haven't tried it myself yet, but people comments seem to be good.

Penumbra is a horror adventure game featuring state of the art graphics and makes heavy use of physics. Penumbra was created as a technology development project, with the aim to explore new uses of physics in games.
The penumbra game, that you can download from this site, is the final product of this technology experiment. Shortly, we will publish documents outlining the working process.
Minimum requirements:
Windows 2k/XP, CPU 1Ghz, RAM 512MB, Radeon 9600/Geforce FX
