Does anyone know on what day each month Natwest update customers internal ratings.

What is the best way to improve my rating?

    I think its the beginning of every month.

    The best way to improve it is to have regular credits ie salary.

    Utilise the DD, S/O and POS facilities & most important avoid any charges for unpaid items etc.
