scanned for malware , what next ?

Did a scan for malware last night and came up with 91 infections , I have tried to copy and paste the list to put up here but it wont let me .
There is a remove selected option at the the bottom after scan was complete but dont want to select this in case i wipe something i,m not supposed to.

Download free version from official site and then you can safely delete all it finds
