Evening all,
I have posted before and tried to keep a diary but had a really bad time with my ex and everything sort of went a bit pete tong.
I currently owe £5000 and £2300 on a car loan to my parents.
I work to jobs and my income is ok and manageable,
My only trouble is i spend money like its going out of fashion on crOp!!
If im feeling down i will go and buy anything in the hope it cheers me up, its always cheap and cheerful stuff from 99p or £1land so cant take any of it back after,
My aim for this year coming is to by Xmas next year to have cleared the debt which is from old utiliy bills and the like and just have the remeanider of the car loan which should be about £1000,
Please help me on this journey as i will report my spends daily..

Good luck with it all. I find i get more focused if i write down my spends and incomings on a daily basis. I keep track through a written little notebook ( i confess i have an online spends one- but i keep losing password)
I also look for best possible 0% deals available-It could mean you pay off your debt at a faster rate.
Look at quidco and any of the other cashback sites as well if you are going to spend. Have you thought of selling things you don't need?
Break down your debt amount into monthly payments and then look at anything you get back through MSE extras-cash back etc can be put off debt.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0
