Bank Cards And Credit Cards I want To Claim On Hardship

I'll be honest and say I really dont understand whats going on. Can somebody tell me what I should do:
I am on financial hardship and I have,
3 bank cards
3 credit cards
which i would like to make claims for. I read something about new templates to send off for? Also are the credit cards still paying out or is it the same situation for credit cards as it is for bank cards?
Thanks

There are no new templates with regards to bank charges as we await for the OFT to issue guidance as to what they are doing. Credit cards have no financial hardship criteria but you can claim the charges back.
On Current accounts there is no obligation on the banks to refund charges whatsoever under financial hardship. They have to treat you sympathetically but the onus is on you to contact those providers that you are in arrears with to try and pro actively try and make arrangements with regards to arrears.0 -
HSBC were paying my charges back in monthly amounts under financial hardship and I just phoned today to get this month`s payment and they said they no longer have a financial hardship team as the courts ruled in favour of the banks.0

am clarifying this issue since the banks still have to deal with financial hardship customers and closing a hardship team isn't exactly going to help in that matter.Namechanger wrote: »HSBC were paying my charges back in monthly amounts under financial hardship and I just phoned today to get this month`s payment and they said they no longer have a financial hardship team as the courts ruled in favour of the banks.0
