student holiday needed june 27 - july 15

hi all, i want to plan my last holiday before i start work, and i've considered all locations like croatia, france, spain and italy... but i'm so indecisive about it. my budget is around £1000 for the period with my girlfriend and 1, can possibly stretch to £1500. i am not that bothered about museums, want somewhere beautiful where i can live and eat like a king and enjoy the good life, sunshine, warm breezes... with a room that has a view like one of those drug lord mansions u know what i mean. i'm also flexible on departure date and return date, if i can find the cheapest but best holiday hopefully someone can point me in the right direction to come to a decision and also book the best deal! thank you all!

They have got loads of hols in Spain, Italy, France and Croatia, have got some good deals on.

Thanks for the reply guys. I've decided on Nice, france for now, if i can get a good flight from Edinburgh around the 27th of June returning around the 10th of July and find a good 4*+ hotel deal The cheapest off skyscanner I can get is a 6:30 am flight on the 27th for around £70 per person, so that works out £140 me and my GF for just one way... oh well. It is the summer right. Will also explore the other options like Italy and Croatia. I tried eclipse direct, thanks for that, howveer they all look kind of tacky resorts, which I would ideally like to avoid!
