Feedback Advice Please

I can't decide if I should leave a Positive or Neutral.....

Won an auction but item didn't arrive after a 8 or 9 days.
Emailed Seller and they said prob lost in post but would send a replacement.
That didn't arrive so I emailed again after another week.
Seller replied item was now out of stock and their supplier didn't have any more either.
I emailed 3 days later just to remind them I still hadn't got anything. No Reply.
Opened a case and received a full, and prompt, refund.

So fairly good comms (although I think I'd treat a buyer better) and a prompt refund.

I was going to leave neutral with comment "Sent twice but didn't arrive, now out of stock - fast refund when case opened"............. but it feels a little mean.

The above part is where they seem to fall down - the item has been lost and they are out of stock but have left you in limbo until you put in a dispute.

i think you'd be justified in leaving either positive with reduced DSRs or a neutral.
  • Personally I would leave a neutral, I would only leave a positive where I have a positive experience? ie I either received my item promptly or a refund promptly where an item was not received, with good and efficient service from the seller at all times through the process.

Would you purchase from this seller again based on your experience? if yes then leave a positive, if not then a neutral
