Are some Council's Parking Tickets unlawful?

Found this website after a report about it in our local paper

Apparently a couple of councils have had to repay loads of Penalty Charge Notices because of unlawful wording on the tickets issued.

Loads more councils are still using the wrongly worded tickets.
