Minimal but ongoing debt

I currently owe around £2000 to creditors:
Bank of Scotland Overdraft x 2
Egg Credit Card x 1
O2 Mobile Contract x 1
T Mobile Contract x 1
In addition, I owe around another £1500 to parents.
This has been ongoing for around 3-4 years as I have not faced up to the problem, which I know could be cleared very easily.
I had been paying using a debt company but cancelled the payments as I felt they were charging too much and couldn't provide an up-to-date balance on request.
This was at the start of this year and I have not started repayments to my creditors in about 8 months or so.
I am looking for advice on how to get my debt problem back under control and make an effort to clear this.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi
As RAS says a statement of affairs will help us to give you advice. If you decide to use a debt company then you can use one of the non-charging organisations rather than a fee charging one - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=2077631A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
