But youd have to find me.I suggest the mail "Fowarding" Service"!
  • There has been a discussion ion here about something similar where a debt collection agency such as cap quest has used this method to smoke out people to pay debts off, with this method it makes no difference whether you owe a debt or not. Best not to phone.

Although-the advice generally given to people in debt (not saying the OP is) is not to run away from it-it will only make it worse.

I absolutely agree but this is slightly different in that these company's will take the payments from someone with the same name whether its their debt or not. Allot of people who don't have debts have been caught out this way and ended up paying for someone Else debt. Also this debt could actually be statute barred as well and that is why they are doing it this way, to get the money basically in a very underhanded way as they buy up debts that are no longer legally payable.

Resurrecting a very old thread here I know but my parents have received a letter from this so called company. This thread came up from a Google search as there's not much info available on the net. Same telephone number etc. I was wondering whether the OP ever got to the bottom of it?
This site has saved me a fortune :money: ...it's also cost me a fortune!

if i was in doubt i would take it down the local nick and ask them if they know anything about the company.. our local nick been good at telling people if its a scam on things they received or phone calls etc..

pop the letter down and ask
Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
    Are thinking of you today.
