Holidays

I was hoping that someone could help with my moral dilemma. I started working for a new employer a few months ago (originally for three days a week) I now only work for two days.
My problem is that I do the payroll and am aware that everyone else gets the minimim holiday days of 5.6 weeks. I also get 28 days a year (as though I worked a 5 day week).
Do I tell my employers that they have calculated the holiday days wrong as I'm currently getting 14 weeks or do I assume that they are already aware of this?
Help
I just don't like the thought that I may be taking advantage of them.

i would own up because it won't take them that long to realise u don't work 1/3rd of the year!

Yes, i would inform them, someone would soon realise that you were having an awful lot of time off so you might as well fess up now rather than have to pay a lot of money back to you employer when they realise.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
The holiday days were stated in the interview as i was droping from 45 in my previous job. My manager was doing the payroll before myself and so has to know that I am getting more than the other employees. However I will take her to one side for a quiet chat about it.
I have to add that I have not taken advantage and put any holiday requests in to date.
I just don't want to insult my managers intelligence.0 -
well u never said u had 45 before so it may have been pro ratared to be equivalent
Wish you had stated that to start with, its like finishing only half a sen

That is pro rata from your 45 to your 3 days a week. I would mention it but state that you are still on 28 & you assume it should be 18 (ie 2/3 the 28).0
