All they are asking is to send in a photo or make an image that shows how you feel about the last Decade, and it probably has to be clean LOL :beer:

Prizes are;:money:

1st - Card of the Year PrizesFirst prize: £1,000 cash prize OR a Canon EOS50D camera as well as your design featured on our credit cards.

2nd - Second prize: £500 or a Canon EOS500D camera.

3rd - Third prize: £250 or a Canon Powershot S51S

2. The Competition Details

2.1 You must be aged 18 or over at 31st January 2010 to enter.
2.2 Entrants must submit their entries by uploading their card design at vanquis.co.uk/cardoftheyear or at flickr.com/vanquis before 31st January 2010.
2.3 Entries should be submitted as .gif, png or .jpg files and be up to 4 MEG. Entries will not be returned.
2.4 The Competition can only be entered by people living in the United Kingdom. We accept no responsibility towards any user who does not live in the United Kingdom.
2.5 Up to three entries per person are permitted.
2.6 The shortlisted entries will be announced on the 8th February 2010 and posted on www.vanquis.co.uk.
2.7 The winning entries will receive as follows:

• 1st prize - £1,000 or a Canon EOS 50D and as the winning design your design will be printed on the Vanquis Card as the Card of the Year design for 2010;
• 2nd prize - £500 or a Canon EOS500D; and
• 3rd prize - £250 or a Canon PowerShot S51S.

2.8 We reserve the right to vary the prizes due to product availability or for any other reason.
2.9 We reserve the right to increase the number of prizes available.
2.10 Shortlisted entrants and winners may be featured in publicity.
2.11 Image Conditions
The entry to the Competition must not contain or comprise any of the following things:
• An image of any group of people, e.g. a rugby team or school photo;
• An image of, or the name or nickname of, a celebrity, a film star, a pop star, a sportsperson (e.g. a footballer), a member of the Royal Family, or other famous person;
• Any image or any text protected by copyright where you are not the owner of the copyright, e.g. a still from a movie or a cartoon or an image taken from the internet;
• A trade mark, a logo, a marketing slogan, a company name, a trading name, a brand name, any marketing material or an image of branded goods/services, e.g. the name of a band or a symbol or design used by a band on their t-shirts and album covers;
• Contact information, e.g. telephone numbers, addresses website and e-mail addresses;
• Offensive material, e.g. images or descriptions of violence or cruelty or antisocial behavior, profanities (swear words) or obscenities;
• Images of nudity or semi-nudity or text about sexual behaviour or orientation;
• An image of or text about tobacco, alcohol, drugs, or any form of betting/gambling;
• An image of or text about weapons or any terrorist or illegal groups;
• An image of or text about a financial product or service;
• A reference to a political group or party, a trade union or a charity; or
• Any other image or text which we decide is unsuitable for entry to the Competition.

Other points of note:

Once the Uploaded Image has been entered into the Competition, you cannot ask us to remove the Image from the Competition. However, we reserve the right to remove any entry from the Competition at any stage for whatever reason and any decision in this respect will be final.

In relation to each Uploaded Image you will ensure that:

• You are the owner of all copyrights in the Uploaded Image. This means that you must have created the entire image yourself (e.g. if the image is a photograph you must have taken the photograph, or if the image is a drawing you must have drawn it yourself);
• You have obtained the express consent of any person whose image appears in the Uploaded Image;
• You have obtained the express consent of a parent of, or a guardian of, any person under 16 who appears in the Uploaded Image;
• You have obtained express consent to use any location, venue and other property portrayed or featured in your Uploaded Image;
• The Uploaded Image does not contain any computer viruses; and
• The Uploaded Image complies with the Image Conditions set out above.

Yes, I've entered twice – thought I'd save my third attempt just in case I take a really amazing picture between now and the closing date!

Oi! I hope you're not turning your nose up at MY fabulous* images (not that I'm gonna reveal which ones they are!).
