Who can help?!

Evening everyone.
I am not sure if this is the right place to ask, so feel free to tell me where else i need to go if i'm not in the right place!:o
Where/who do i need to contact to find out if i am being taxed right and if my boss is paying me the right amount??
Here's a little bit off background....
I work in a pre-school, my contact is 'flexible hours' but i do have a set amount of hourse. I work 31hours and 45mins. but have over-time(staff meeting) every 2weeks. which we write down and give to her near the end of the month.
In September and October i got a tax rebate in my monthly wage.... surely i should off got just one of payment for the tax rebate?
Also when i've looked back at my wage slips some months she has taxed me others she hasnt, and one month i've earned more and havnt got taxed then other months earnt less and then got taxed
Basically who would be best to ask about this? i would prefer to see someone so they can fully explain it all to me?
