Company A has terminated the contract.
Can she claim any job seekers benefit ?
Does any one know the rules in a quick summary

I think it has to be less than 16 hours she is working plus anything she earns will be deducted from her JSA which should be £64 per week. So if she earnt £63 then she would get £1 Jobseekers Allowance, she would also then be subject to their rules and regulations - for £1 a week or whatever she would be entitled to. I am guessing if she is working 2.5 days that would be over 16 hours though.0
