Does anyone know how i stop them ringing not only my house phone but my mobile trying to contact my boyfriend who does not live with me. He has spoken to them so have I yet they still insist on ringing my house and mobile. We have no idea how they got my numbers. He has never even rang them from my mobile and my number automatically withholds if you ring out from the house line. Its driving me up the wall they are ringing 6-7 times a day now.

Why are they phoning? When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0

He must of given them the numbers at some point. They couldnt of got your mobile anywhere else.0

Unfortunately, [STRIKE]Crap[/STRIKE] Cap One normally refuse to comply with requests to stop ringing ANY number they can get hold of.
Even if they do, they will often the pass it over to Debitas (in house collectors) and the whole cycle starts again.
It's most likely that you will have to go down the formal complaint route to the ICO/FOS/OFT etc to get anywhere.
Hopefully I'm wrong, and they will have found a new respect for the law/regulation, but I won't hold my breath.
