Last Friday some git decided to look at a pretty young girl walking on the pavement instead of concentrating on the traffic situation and hit me from behind - 
Phoned Nationwide on Friday at 1pm, repair centre phoned later in the afternoon, took car in on Saturday morning and got hire car, Monday £100 excess was waived as it seems self explanatory who's fault it was and should get car back on Friday.
Excellent service in my opinion.
