Wow! Chalk and cheese. Both seat 6, but one is significantly bigger than the other. The FRV is the only current model as the Previa is discontinued. The man without a signature.0

but which one would be ideal and where to buy from0

Only you can decide on the space requirements. I would argue that the front centre seat on the FRV isn't really a proper seat for adults.
There are 322 FRVs on Autotrader and 140ish Previas available nationally so it's unlikely there will be many available near to you. If you are looking at an older Previa then there are many imported models that are near identical - Lumina & Estima. The man without a signature.0 -
The FRV boot is odd shaped and small, the centre rear seat sticks out back into the boot space.
Genuine full time 6-7 seaters, yes the Previa not sold new in this country since 2005, Chrysler Voyager (I worry about reliability there) and VW Carravelle (may need to go to VW van centre to get it).
There is not a lot of choice, I'd probably plumb for the Carravelle myself if I needed 6+ seats all the time.
Vehicles like the Corrola Verso are good 5 seaters plus 2 seats that take away boot space and are onyl suitable for smaller people / short distances.0
