Online survery income: Tax & NI implications?

Hello, quick question.
If I was to earn £50 per month for doing online surveys (via a reputable company), who, if anyone, would I have to inform? HMRC? DWP? Etc. If so, how would I go about it?
Just for info, I'm already working FT, earning around £18k (this fluctuates slightly), so I'm of course already paying tax & NI.
Sorry if this question has been asked before - I can't seem to find any reference - I just don't want to go ahead until all the legalities are in place

£1 / 50p 2011 holiday flight + hotel expenses = £98.50/£600
HSBC 8% 12mth regular savings = £80 out of a maximum remaining allowance of £2500
"3 months' salary" reserve = £00 / £3600

The tax on this would be about £120pa and there would be no NIC. Just ask for a self assessment at the end of the tax year and declare the income as miscellaneous fees.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0

Oh is that all I have to do? I did suspect so, but it seemed too straightforward
Will it affect my tax code, or anything like that? Or am I to literally pay the tax in a lump sum in April?
