CCTV caught contraventions

I read on this website, in 'Beware Tickets that come through the post', that if the contravention is caught on CCTV that the ticket has to offer the reduced rate for 21days rather than the usual 14.

Can anyone tell me if the same applies for bus lane infringements or can you point me to where I can read up? (My ticket through the post only allows 14 days)

Any advice would be appreciated.

I would register and start a new thread on pepipoo (specialist parking forum) here:

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=30

They will want to see a scanned copy of the front AND all the small print on the back of the PCN, plus ideally a photo or two of the signs at the entrance to the bus lane. Read the FAQs first on that site for info.

    Good luck! :D
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top of this/any page where it says:

    Inaccurate and
even for parking -- not always 21 days.
