How about buy the handset outright for £320ish (http://www.google.co.uk/products/catalog?hl=en-GB&q=htc+hero&show=dd&cid=2160725776071890147&sa=title#p) and then have a 12-month Vodafone SIM only, 600 mins, unlimited texts, unlimited data, for £11 after Quidco?
