DLA claim turned down because of dwp doctor

Good to hear someone has won their appeal but sad they had to go through it in the first place. I have had to contact welfare rights to assist me in my DLA appeal as they reduced me down from middle rate care - for 4 year - to low rate care because of the report from the horrible doctor they sent out. When i got the letter informing me i was so upset i couldn't phone WR and had to email them to ask for advise and when she read the mail and had a 2 min phone conversation with me she said said straight away we have to go to appeal, so she is gathering evidence for me. When i phoned DAL to ask why the woman who bear in mind is supposed to be caring supportive and nice was an absolute b@ich with me on the phone and upset me even further. I really don't feel that i could go through applying for DLA after this time again, it has been far too stressful and has made me really ill with the disability that i have.0
