Hello
I would be very grateful for any advice on this one, please excuse me if this has been posted twice,I wasnt sure if the fisrt one was successful. I have held a credit card with Monumnet since 2005 with a credit limit of £3,500. Since claiming back my PPI this year they have have written to me twice this year. Firstly they reduced the limit by £100,then they decided that they were going to close the account,so now I just make repayments with interest.I feel this is unfair, they have blamed all this on the economic climate,I havnt missed a payment this yr. What is the best way to approach them to ask them to agree to me repaying but them freezing the interest? I pay them £100 per monthof which £75 is interest, ill probably be retiring by the time I'd clear that. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Easiest option is to increase your payment from £100 to say £125. You'll pay it off twice as quickly.
The closure is not personal - they are closing all the accounts.0
