Anyone had trouble with barclaycard?

I now owe about a £1000 i think which since the start of the year i have been paying off at an agreed £15 pm, but since jan ive not heard how much i owe, they havnt answered any letters/emails asking for a statement so i havnt paid this month to see if they get in touch. has anyone else had trouble like this?

    Chances are they have sold your debt on - HOWEVER I would recommend you continue paying them... Have you tried phoning them?

  • barclaycard were one my my worst creditors to answer letter's ..agree with previous post keep paying or even a reduced payment see if they write back ..have you send letter recorded

    i hate phoning them half the time can't understand person on other side
