divorce...loan in agreement of separtion deed?? what to do?

hi
myself and husband separated this time last year. we had a loan in my name for 10,000, in the separtion deed it was listed that he agreed to pay half as it was a family debt.
i want to reduce the debt and fortuntalty my dad said he will lend me the money to pay off and then i pay him back (nice daddy!!!). however, will the loan be brought up when we divorce next year? im tempted not to tell ex as im really strapped for cash ( he gives my £35 a week for DD and NOTHINg towards clothes or esp nursery payments!!!)
will he find out from our solicitors? can i change loan if listed in separtion deed? loan finishes 2011
