    Exactly - and the vast majority of those voting on DSLZone don't trust BT to provide a decent service - that's why they are in 27th place out of the 30 ISPs covered.

    No, the DSLzone one doesnt ask about trust, it asks about specifics such as download speed and price. Brand trust is a completely different thing, they are both valid surveys, but you cant say that one equates to the other.

    Whether they are trusted or not they are still almost the worst choice as an ISP in the country.
  • bt currently have first 3 months free on all broadband packages, up untill Dec 11th, if it's of any use...
