Hiya, i am seeing if anybody has used anything herbal to replace caffeine, i want to stop drinking coffee, but could do with a natural pick me up
I have googled and there are a few, but i would prefer recommendations from people who have tried natural energy boosters please, as don't want to be spending on stuff that doesn't do what it says on the tin.
Any help appreciated thanks.

try green tea :-) low in caffeine but high in anti-oxidants. best of all its a good pick me up too! if you are missing the stronger aroma of coffee, try and look for the roasted japanese green tea call Hojicha which has a slight nutty caramel flavour :-) probably only available in a chinese or japanese shop though. and remember, don't brew green tea for more than 1-2 mins, or else it goes a bit bitter and to use water just about to boil (about 80 to 90 degrees celesius)
hope this helps. enjoy your tea! :-)0 -
I take a multivitamin called Bionsen Activa which I think helps me. I have also taken in the past a pill by Red Kooga (Boots sell it) which was called Energise. It has Ginseng and B-Vitamins and Guarana in which I really think makes a difference- and I don't get that really horrible 'icky' feeling that you get when caffiene wears off with this either.0

I'm not one for beating around the bush - this product was o'kay, better than most energy boosters. What I lilked about Crank Powder (narcomundo.com/legal-drugs/natural-stimulants/crank-powder/) is the fact that it enabled me to stay up all night. I like to party at clubs and then go right to the beach for more partying and you can't do that without help. It comes in a package, powdered form and mixes well with juice or water, but I prefer juice.
