No offence but if you can manage the application form for the job are you sure you are capable of doing the job?
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

It's going to depend on your experience,

    It could be anything.

A change in company policy to regards recycling changing how you (and the other staff) kept your canteen area clean and tidy,

Maybe the boss changed when you took your lunch hour so you had to do the banking before 12 rather than at end of day.

A new policy for a paperless office meant you had to present the weekly update email differently so it's more accessible from a computer screen.

A new bilingual policy required you to send items off for translation and allow this time on to the deadline for the documents.

Boss changed your work to be more customer facing and so you had to get used to interrupting your paper work to answer the phones and deal with enquiries.

    Things change every day.

They just want an example of how you've experienced change, evaluated the impact of the new policy, adapted your work methods and prioritised your workload to fit the new method of working.

Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you. Anne Lamott

It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?

Please consider buying some pet food and giving it to your local food bank collection or animal charity. Animals aren't to blame for the cost of living crisis.

More or less. I think they are also putting it across in a slightly inflammatory way to weed out people who might react.
